She shares about her latest book but also about a topic that many of us unfortunately have personal experience with. Here&#8217;s Margaret:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;\">&#8220;In my April Love Inspired Suspense,  Melora Hudson, the heroine, is a verbally abused woman in a marriage  that to the rest of the world seemed perfect. She feared her husband  and didn\u2019t know how to get out of a marriage that was abusive psychologically.  She agonized over how to get out of the marriage without losing her  daughter, which her husband used as a threat against her. He was ruthless  and nothing stood in his way. Melora had to dig deep to plan to get  away from her husband. When a woman is abused, she needs to seek help.  It is hard to do it alone and is scary. As a teacher I worked with several  teenage girls who were being abused by their boyfriends. It breaks my  heart at how young this pattern starts. The key is to realize you are  not alone\u2014there is help out there for you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;\">Support is out there for woman  who are abused, but to take that first step is difficult and takes a  lot of courage.
