  1. Hi Cara, you must be a very strong women to go through all of that and still be able to write about it. Just remember God has his plans for everyone, so just hang in there.

Thanks, for the recipe I think I will try it.

  2. You are very strong and God is our strength. I will keep you in my prayers.

Love mexican food, thanks for the recipe.

  3. Oh Cara! I wish I was right in front of you. I would give you a big hug. I too once suffered a miscarriage the first time I became pregnant. I remember how excited hubby and I were since this was our first child. I was devastated by the loss and it is only the support of my husband, friends, family and my faith in God that i got through that difficult time. I remember being so paranoid the second time I got pregnant and praying so hard that my baby would make it this time. He did and is now six years old and being homeschooled by me at home. A few years after his birth God blessed us with a little girl who is now 2. So there is a happy ending. I am so thankful. I will be praying for you because I truly understand the pain you are feeling and I want the Lord to enfold you in his arms so that you may feel His love.

A Promise Kept sounds like a tearjerker and a very important story for those who have experienced miscarriage or who know someone who has. Thanks for sharing the yummy sounding Enchilada Casserole recipe.

    Blessings,
    Cherie

  5. Cara,

I think this blog shows your strength and faith in God. Although you feel "shaken" by this second sad event in your life, you are still able to share your experience with others. Know you are in my prayers.
