  1. Have not heard of these until now. Putting these on my wish list, sounds great. I read the Hobbit, and other similar books, so this series would be good to have. Entertaining for sure, and sounds like learning too. Juanita W

  2. I just finished the second book in the Chiril Chronicles – Valley of the Dragons. I read this book slowly instead of gobbling up the adventure like I usually do. T
    here is a lot of wisdom in the book as Mrs. Paul creates obstacles for the characters to overcome. Tipper has a wonderful encounter with Wulder (God) that changes her and her understanding of who she is. There is a definite romantic subplot in this one. Shhh! I am not telling.
    The character called Palladin makes me think. My best guess is that he represents the church in her mission to love and live the truth before the world. In the book the powers that be (gov't) always ignores the advice, wisdom and help of Palladin. Like the real world! I can't wait for the next one.
