Lyn Asks the February Question — 6 Comments

  1. I love America, with all it’s faults a d mistakes and the success of opportunities and generosity to those who need a different life. I remember learning the atrocities of WW1, WW2, Viet Man & the threat of communism, the rejoicing when the Berlin wall came down and other world changing times. Americans are generous and willing to help other peoples and nations…though not perfectly. We are a nation of dreamers, creators and diverse ethnic backgrounds. Our nation is “one nation, under GOD”. Faith lived out as best we can. America!

  2. I love America because it’s a place where freedom, opportunity, and diversity come together. It’s a country where people from different backgrounds can pursue their dreams, speak their beliefs, and gather to make a difference. I love the resilience of its people, the beauty of its landscapes, and the way communities come together in times of need.

  3. I love America, first because it has been my home for 71 years now. We have more freedoms than any other country I know of. We have a say through our elected officials and the chance to vote them out of office in the next election if they do not represent us as they should. Is our system perfect? No, but it is substantially better than most of the systems in other countries. My personal opinion on the strife and conflict we see on the news is that our country has drifted away from from God and needs to return to Him.
