  1. I am a saved believer according to Acts 2:38. It’s great to know there are saved authors around. I don’t have to deal with the bad language that’s in a lot of books. Ijust finished reading ” Crowing Glory “today, for the second time! Great book to read!

  2. What a great sounding story. And a tough subject to tackle.Wish you all the luck. God Bless.

  4. Hi AusJenny,
I hope I did the subject matter justice. Please pick up a copy of Crowning Glory and tell me what you think.
    Be blessed!

  5. The subject looks interesting as people do find Jesus in prison it would be interesting to see how Pat handles this. There have been some former prisoners who have been converted in prison and gone on to have an amazing ministry. I know there is a man in australia I cant remember his name but he was hard core but was converted. I remember when he left prison he needed contact with chrisitans and ended up at a CWCI meeting. Being a man some would have turned him away but they let him sit in the back and it was just the meeting he needed and he says it was a pivotal point after his release.

  6. Lyn,
I went to the dentist this afternoon and I was told, “Oh, we should have canceled your appointment because you have one on June 28th. It’s all good.” LOL

  7. Thanks Maureen,
One reader already emailed me after she read the book and recommended it to a friend whose’ brother is in prison or recently released. God help us our hearts to be more like Jesus.
I read Acts 10 this morning.

  8. Amen. Kate.
To me, living a Christian life is when we walk out of church on Sunday. I constantly pray, ‘Lord, help me to show the evidence of Your salvation.”

  9. Hi Trish,
I hope you will pick up a copy at your local book store or library.
I just felt led to tell the story of a woman who made a mistake, repented and was determined to live for Jesus, regardless what other people say.
I would love to hear from you, concerning your feedback.
Out of my five books, I think this one is my best!

  10. Thanks for all the lovely comments. Pat, poor dear, is at the dentist today, but will drop by later or tomorrow.

  11. Great topic! One of my novels takes place right after my character was released from prison so I know it’s tough to tackle this subject. I wish you all the best, and that you touch many hearts as God brings your book into the right hands.

  12. This sounds like a lovely story. I have been involved with prison ministry, have worked in an all male prison, worked for probation & parole, and married a bank robber!

    I wish you much success.

  13. Pat,
It’s nice to know where I can find tough topics in Christian Romance. It’s about time folks realize we weren’t all born into the kingdom but had to find it and be saved by grace. Congratulations on your new book. I’ll look for it.

  14. It sounds like a very touching book, Pat. I look forward to reading it! Keep up with the great writing and touching stories.

  15. You’re right, Pat, that is a tricky subject. Thanks for tackling it. As my mother used to say, “There, but by the grace of God, go I.”

    I wish you the best,
    Val
