  1. I believe my two daughters inherited their strength, in part, from their Grandma Whren. My older daughter battles Crohn’s disease, but she doesn’t let the disease keep her from leading a busy and fulfilling life. My younger daughter juggles family and work while she travels away from home for her job. My daughters loved their grandmother, as did all who knew her.

  2. I believe that we forgive not just as Christ has admonished us to do or for the sake of others but we forgive for ourselves. I’ve learned on this journey we call life that when I forgive, it releases me from anxiety that I was not created to embrace as a part of me. It gives me the strength and power to let go of the thing that caused me to feel that forgiveness was needed in the first place. Thanks for teaching forgiveness through your story Merrillee!

  7. Most assuredly. It is always easier to forgive someone else than it is to forgive yourself. Maybe because it is harder to place the blame on your self. I am so thankful for God’s forgiveness.

Forgive so you can know Gods peace

  11. Forgiveness is the only way to get to Heaven. God loves us so much that He sent His only Son to die on the Cross to Forgive us of our sins.
